What commodities are included in Price Access?
Price Access covers EN590 diesel, Jet A-1 aviation fuel, Brent crude oil, VLSFO bunker fuel, gasoil D2, fuel oil 180, bitumen 60/70, gold, silver, copper, aluminium, nickel, and cobalt — 13 products in total, across all major hubs including Rotterdam, Singapore, Fujairah, London, Dubai, and Shanghai.
How often are prices updated?
All prices are updated every 59 minutes from live ICE Brent futures data, applying industry-standard crack spread formulas and Platts-calibrated methodology. The data refreshes automatically — there is nothing to download or refresh manually.
Are these firm tradeable prices?
No. Prices are indicative market references for informational purposes — they are not firm offers, quotations, or investment advice. For firm tradeable prices and counterparty matching, Skyra CIP's full KYC-verified trading platform is available to Business Pack and Executive Pack members.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly subscribers can cancel with at least 5 days' notice before the next billing date. Annual subscribers must submit a written cancellation request at least 45 days before the annual renewal date. All cancellations are handled via email to support@skyra.com.hk.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Payments are processed securely — Skyra CIP never stores card data. Invoice copies are sent to your registered email from billing@skyra.com.hk.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial for Price Access. However, the public prices page (skyra.com.hk/prices) shows product names, hubs, and methodology descriptions without a subscription. A live price preview requires an active Price Access, Pro, or Investor membership.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly billing is $29.90/month (~$1/day), billed every 31 days. Annual billing is $199.99/year (~$16.67/month), billed once per year — saving $158.81 compared to 12 monthly payments (44% off). Both plans include identical access.
