Terms of Service — Skyra CIP

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Skyra Commodity Intelligence Platform ("Platform"), operated by Skyra Holdings Limited ("Skyra", "we", "our") at skyra.com.hk. By accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Access

Access to the Platform is restricted to verified participants only. All participants must complete KYC verification and receive express approval before accessing any platform features. Skyra reserves the right to decline or revoke access at its sole discretion.

Participant Obligations

Participants must: provide accurate and complete identity and business information during onboarding; not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or market-manipulative conduct; not use the Platform to facilitate sanctions violations or money laundering; and comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Platform Services

Skyra provides an infrastructure for verified commodity trade matching, RFQ submission, deal negotiation, and contract management. Skyra does not act as a broker, agent, or principal in any transaction. All deals are between participants directly.

Membership Plans

Platform access is available on a tiered membership basis (Free, Pro, Investor). Plan features, pricing, and upgrade options are described in the platform. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Skyra Holdings Limited is not liable for the outcome of any commercial transaction conducted between participants, for misrepresentations made by participants, or for losses arising from platform downtime or data errors, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
