As a KYC-gated platform, we collect identity and business verification data required to onboard participants: full name, date of birth, nationality, government-issued ID, company registration documents, business address, contact email, and telephone number. We also collect platform usage data (login timestamps, page views, deal activity) and communications data sent through the in-platform messaging system.

How We Use Your Data

Personal data is used to: verify participant identity and business legitimacy (KYC/AML), operate the platform and provide contracted services, comply with applicable laws and sanctions screening obligations, and communicate platform updates, transaction confirmations, and support responses.

Data Retention

Identity and KYC documentation is retained for the duration of platform membership and for a minimum of five years after account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations applicable to our jurisdiction.
